January 15, 2025

Can I apply after that date?

Yes, but all applications received after January 15, 2025 will be placed on a waiting list, if space becomes available.

We hope to send out all acceptances and regrets by February 14, 2025.

May I share a space with a fellow vendor?

Yes, but each vendor needs to submit an individual application.

What are the various spaces available to dealers?

We have four options available.

  • 4-foot table (half of one 8’ x 30” table, one chair, one vendor badge) – $315
  • 8-foot table (one 8’ x 30” table, two chairs, one vendor badge) – $455

Badges under the name of the business can be handed off between staff for access to the building but do not come with the same WSFS rights.
