Seattle Worldcon 2025 has reserved a limited number of suites at the Sheraton Grand Seattle, our headquarters hotel, which may be requested by our members. These rooms are ideal for parties. Priority will be given to members who plan to host a party or event which is open to convention membership. However, we will try to accommodate as many requests as we can. The suites will be allocated based on the information supplied via this web form, so please provide as much information as possible to facilitate our decision-making process.
The one bedroom hospitality suite rate is $459/night (plus taxes and fees). We cannot provide or guarantee additional rooms.
Please also use this form to notify us if you are planning an open party/event but do not need a suite from us. All Worldcon members will have access to room parties at the Sheraton, even if they are not staying in the hotel. If you have questions, please email parties@seattlein2025.org.
