You will be able to vote by postal mail, online, and at the convention. Voting tokens are available for purchase now through the registration portal and will remain on sale until 5 p.m. on Friday, August 15.
To assist you in navigating the purchase of a token, we have provided a set of step-by-step instructions (963 KB .pdf). If you have any questions, email site-selection-help@seattlein2025.org.
To vote by mail
Download, print out, and complete the site selection ballot (267 KB .pdf) using the instructions on the ballot and mail to the address on the ballot. Do not email the ballot. Please purchase a voting token before mailing your ballot or enclose a check made out to Seattle Worldcon 2025.
To vote online
Please log in to the registration portal and follow the step-by-step instructions (963 KB .pdf).
To vote at the convention
Attending members can stop by the Site Selection table located in Flex Hall B to vote in person. We will be accepting checks and credit/debit cards to pay the Advance WSFS Membership (voting fee) of US $50. We will not accept cash for the voting fee.
The winner of the Site Selection voting will be announced at the final WSFS meeting of the convention on . The results will also be posted to this website and social media.
